Supply Chain Internship:

The intern will assist the supply chain team with various tasks like inventory management, supplier coordination, data analysis, and process improvement projects, providing hands-on experience in the full supply chain cycle while learning from experienced professionals within the company; ideal for students pursuing degrees in logistics, business, or related fields, with a focus on gaining practical skills in managing the flow of goods from procurement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, analyze demand forecasts, and assist with inventory planning to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
Supplier Management:
Collaborate with buyers to ensure timely deliveries and there are no interruptions in the production schedule due to material lack.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Gather and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, generate reports, and support decision-making and update SAP master data accordingly.
Logistics Coordination:
Assist with shipment planning, transportation scheduling, and tracking of export goods.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes, develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Project Support:
Participate in cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and logistics operations
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Prior experience in a supply chain or logistics role (internship or part-time job) is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is beneficial
