Order Change Technician II

This position is responsible for the order changes on hard capsule machines (HCMs) and various other equipment such as Unified, Unisor, ILD, iBox, etc as well as assisting to get equipment back into production. This position will follow all plant policies and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the order change (or dish wash) for the HCM, Unisor, and/or Unified.
- Ensure order quantity has been met prior to order change (requires math calculations).
- Conduct HCM breakdown and cleaning while making adjustments to ensure accurate function of equipment.
- Perform detailed inspections of equipment for foreign capsule.
- Conduct sampling and quality checks.
- Conduct process checks and make adjustments.
- Work with Manufacturing to get machine back in production.
- Coordinate and perform the breakdown and cleaning of other various types of production equipment.
- Must be able to setup and troubleshoot iBox.
- Perform formula changes at HCM.
- Must be able to enter order change and iBox setups in SCADA and SharePoint.
- Must be able to perform gel inventory after order change is complete.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, additional hours/days as business needs instruct.
- Being on-site at the plant is a requirement.
Other Duties
- Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities of an Operator Support Associate (OSA) and Order Change Technician I (OCT I).
- Must meet expectations on Safety, Attendance, Teamwork, Quality, and Efficiency metrics.
Qualifications Required
- High school graduate or equivalent experience.
- Must score 100 or below on the Color Test.
- Must have passing scores on all required Work Keys and Bennett Mechanical Testing.
- Lift, push, pull objects up to 50 lbs.
- Good verbal communication skills and teamwork.
